The Broad Street Sack Coat - Made To Order
The Broad Street Sack Coat pays tribute to the lawyers on Broad Street here in Charleston that take on the Charleston heat from their office to the Four Corners of Law (City Hall, Court House, Post Office, and St. Michael's Church). Made from 100% Italian Merino Wool by the fine folks at Rochester Tailored Clothing. The fabric itself features a porous, open weave, that is similar to a hopsack, with unmatched breathability as well as an incredibly soft hand. Using the old Southwick templates, this model pays homage to the classic sack coats of the 1950s and 1960s with triple patch pockets, center hook vent, and a 3/2 roll button stance.
