- Made To Order Products (Personalized Bookplates, Woven Blankets), Pantry Items (Honey, Coffee), and Fragrance & Grooming Products (Cologne, Bar Soap) are not eligible for returns, refund, or exchange.
- Products must be in the original condition they were received, (This includes all packaging material, price tags, etc.) and sent back in their original packaging.
- Return requests may only be submitted with the first 30 Days after order fulfillment.
- All international sales shipped outside the U.S. are FINAL.

Once your request has been approved, and you have received an RMA number, you will be notified via email with further instructions.

Please Note:

*Customer's are responsible for return shipping cost.

*The original orders paid shipping cost is non-refundable.

*Once approved, returns must be sent back within 30 days.

*The purchase of additional insurance is recommended on orders greater than $100. There is no guarantee for refund if the return is lost or damaged in transit.

*Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be approved for return, refund, or exchange until RMA is submitted and approved, and will be held for 30 days before being marked as ineligible.
