Vintage Watch Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a Vintage Watch from the Morris & King Vintage Collection you agree to the following Terms & Conditions upon checking the box in your cart to proceed to checkout.

1. I Agree that one or more of the products in my cart is a Vintage Watch which is subject to a special shipping and delivery process. All Vintage Watches will be shipped via FedEX to the nearest FedEX location to my address. I must display a Government Issued Photo ID at pickup from the FedEX location. I have 5 days to pickup my Vintage Watch before it is returned to Morris & King. I understand if the Vintage Watch is returned that I am responsible for the cost of shipping the item a second time for pickup.

2. I understand that each vintage watch offered through the Morris & King Vintage Collection is a previously owned timepiece with its own history, character, and signs of age. Unlike a new watch, a vintage watch should not be expected to be in new or factory-original condition, and should not be treated as such. Morris & King makes every effort to accurately research and describe each watch, including its approximate age, working condition, manufacturer, measurements, and other available details. However, information regarding vintage pieces may be limited by their age and history.

3. I understand that my Vintage Watch is FINAL SALE, and there are no returns or exchanges (this include store credit), no exceptions.

4. I understand there is absolutely No Warranty attached to my Vintage Watch.

4. I agree that Morris & King may contact me regarding any updates or delays via email.

5. I understand that each vintage watch offered through the Morris & King Vintage Collection is a previously owned timepiece with its own history, character, and signs of age. Unlike a new watch, a vintage watch should not be expected to be in new or factory-original condition, and should not be treated as such. Morris & King makes every effort to accurately research and describe each watch, including its approximate age, working condition, manufacturer, measurements, and other available details. Unless specifically stated in the individual listing, originality of every component cannot be guaranteed. Vintage watches may have been serviced, repaired, restored, modified, or had individual components replaced during their lifetime. Timekeeping accuracy, water resistance, power reserve, and mechanical performance may differ from those of a modern watch. Unless expressly stated otherwise, water resistance should not be assumed. Photographs, measurements, and condition descriptions should be carefully reviewed before purchase. Please contact Morris & King with any questions or requests for additional information before completing your purchase.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the available photographs and description, understand the nature of purchasing a vintage timepiece, and accept the watch in its described condition. Morris & King reserves the right to update or clarify this disclaimer as necessary. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
